I think i can finally say i’ve completed this goal. It’s become a habit now. i do 40 sit ups before i have a shower in the morning and i do 40 in the evening before i go to bed. It’s made a real difference to my weight and my body tone.
I’m really proud of myself!

Yay i’m doing it. I was a bit naughty last night – i forgot to do it but i going to do a double doseage today. I did 40 in the morning and i’m going to do another 40 at night.
I might try and keep it up – as in doing 80 a day – 40 in the monring and 40 at night.
Hopefully this will help with me “get a flat tummy” and “lose 5 pounds” goal! hee hee =) technically killing 3 bird with one stone…not that i would ever kill a bird with a stone but you know the saying =)

I know it probably sounds like i have no faith in myself but i didn’t think i’d be able to do sit ups every day and stick to it.
I’ve been doing it for about 5-6 days now.
My tummy’s getting a lot firmer and so are the top of my thighs. But then again i do A LOT of walking so that’s made my legs a lot toner as well.
Woo go me!!
When i’ve done it for at least 2 weeks in a row then i’ll really be proud of myself =)
...Going quite well actually. I’ve managed to do at least 10 and i’m trying to build it up because my stomach muscles aren’t that strong. I guess it’s killing two birds with one stone really!
Well i’ll see how it all goes by the end of the week. I’m aiming to do at least 10 every day for 2 weeks non stop. then i should be in the habit of it so i can quit this goal! =)
