Squat 360 lbs

... I fell off for a while, but got back into the swing of exercising. I can squat 300lbs. right now, which is an all-time high for me. Hopefully, I can hit 360 by the end of the year.

when we started, I was squatting 105. Today, I squatted 275 lbs. I wasn’t doing 4 sets of 10 though…. I did 2 sets of 4 and 2 sets of 6.
