I have the perfect excuse right now. I’m still recovering from my pregnancy. But soon, I won’t have that excuse. I’d like to have a flat tummy and trim arms and legs again. I do not need to be muscular just trim and fit.
I feel like I have no time to work out and I love to eat so therein lies the difficulty. Diets…what are those hehehe. Softdrinks anyone?
Seriously though, I am almost 50 lbs over my ideal weight so I have a lot to do. I have to dig up my self-discipline somewhere and do it!
