but still successful! :) have been to my nutritonist yesterday and found out that i have lost 1.3lbs this week.
the total is: 26.5lbs so far, but the problem is: i still don’t feel comfortable when i wear shorts. (yes i wear them! :))
i gotta do sth with my legs… any ideas other than goin out and walking daily? (not in the mood lately to walk…)
i lost 2 inches from my hip in the last month :) not really fast but still good :)
i have been to my nutritionist and she told me that i lost 5.5lbs since i last saw her. she has also told that the total is 23.3lbs :) i must have been heavier since we last spoke :)
but the best thing about it, is that i feel my legs started to get slimmer. when i lost a couple of pounds, i had the feeling that my legs weren’t getting any slimmer, but now i can feel that they slim down too! :)
some weight lately, but i don’t exactly know how much. i’ll let you know tomorrow :)
was at my nutritionist today and i’ve learned that i have lost 19.8 pounds till now :)
she gave me sports for 5 days next week wants me to lose around 4 pounds by the end of the week…
after eating so much last week because of some problems i had and after eating and drinking last night, i’m still 79kg(174lbs)! :) plus i danced for 3 hours last night, which probably makes my legs look a little bit better. :)
i was on the bike for 25 minutes today. i wish i could stay longer but i just had no time cuz i have to study for my exams… i’ll also do some more exercise, sit-ups or some leg exercises from pilates.
wasn’t doing so good in the last couple of weeks, but today i started back again, no coke or coffee this week and i’m only gonna eat what i should eat and i’ll exercise more. i want to add some more pounds to my total weight loss and i want to make my legs look better in a way…
