When I started to write entries for 43things again, I had already lost 15 pounds. I’ve added a 5,5 pounds to it in the last 8 days. So I have 20 pounds lost!!! Now it’s time for me to move on to another goal like lose 30 pounds, or 40. Lets see how good I’ll do there.

I’ve done this before, I’m sure I can do it again. I’ve been seeing the nutritionist already and I have dropped to 216lbs from 231, but is that enough? No, I want to go on with at least another 20, and another 20, and another one, and maybe another one and so on.
So here, I set my first goal. Starting with small amounts. It is to add 20 pounds to the 15 I’ve already lost.
I keep eating healthy, drinking water, and I’m already registered at a gym where I can visit courses, but I’ve been lazy with that, going only once or twice a week. I shall do better…
