Best form of losing weight! 4 years ago

I have decided that the first thing im going to do, is to lose weight, as i have put plenty of since, i now weigh probably as i’ve not weighed myself about 9-10stones probably, im not positively sure, but i wanna try and get down to 7 and a half to 8 as i dont wanna lose too much weight, because i dont really wanna look annorexic i just wanna look myself and natural and enough to feel confident about my figure i suppose, so my first goal is to lose weight, which im going to start asap! And i will get back to yas to let you all know the progress if your interested lol. Ive decided to start my diet today and with the help from bhappy im going to cut down on all carbohydrates, exercise more and drink plenty of water and also cut out chocolate and sweets!! My biggest challenge yet lol.
