I stopped using this site regularly in June of 2008 and am just coming back to it. It is amazing the things that you need to keep working at over LONG time periods. I am happy to say our total debt is less than 50% of what it was when I left and that 2/3rds of that is now consolodated into a low interest bank loan. Still plugging away with this as a long term goal.
