i have been practicing with my friend, he comes by the store and gets me to spell things out for him. there are some words i have learned without spelling out like … stupid, sun, thank you, dating. i’m getting there. well at least i can communicate with him! most of the time i have to have my cheat sheet out but proud none the less

where i work there is a guy that is local to the area and he has been coming around the store since it opened. he’s a great guy, always watches out for us. well, he can’t speak of hear and i would LOVE to be able to communicate to him better. we already have out own way of communicating and he is very funny but i would like to learn sign language so i can understand more of him
