I’ll put this as complete because I have lost weight. I’m going to create a new goal “Get to goal weight” to track my progress towards my Weight Watchers goal weight.

I forgot to write this but I was down another 2.8 last week..so 5.4 total. This week I was someone bad (though stayed within my extra 35 points) so I’m rather fearing the scale tomorrow!
so at the end of my second week i was up .4 pounds..but i’d just had three bottles of water that morning (and it was still in my system at weigh-in)
this week i’ve been really good. for anyone who knows weight watchers, i’ve only used 3 of my extra 35 points for the week and i’m on day 6.
So Monday I made my first step towards (finally) achieving this goal: I joined Weight Watchers. I have yet to cheat which is good though it’s really hard. I’m engaged to someone who will probably never have to worry about his weight so he’s constantly eating ice cream and what not in front of me. Oh well. At least he’s sweet enough to made me a dinner that fits in the range of however many points I have left for the week. We’ll see how this goes!
I’m not dangerously overweight but I know that I could certainly afford to lose a few pounds. I’m perfectly fine with my current size but I think I’ll feel just a bit better about myself if I lose 20 or 30 pounds.
