I haven’t mastered this goal, but I do try to complain less. The best way for me to achieve this goal is to remember all the things I’m grateful for.
I heard a guy talking about having a “thankful stone or pebble” or something of a kind in his pocket all the time, so, whenever he started complaining just rub the stone in you pocket and start thinking about all of the things you’re grateful for.
I have a list of all the things I’m grateful for and I read it every time I go to sleep, and sometimes in the morning. So it sets up a good mood for the rest of the day.
