I was kind of a big yoghurt eater back in the States, but ever since I’ve been in China, it hasn’t been the same for several reasons:
1) The refrigerator isn’t really cold enough to make things last very long
2) It’s impossible to find yoghurt that has not been sweetened.
3) Most yoghurt is drinkable rather than eatable, which makes it hard to mix in things like apricots and almonds.
But anyway, I’m know that it’s good for me, even if it’s not as good as back home, so I’ll try to make it a habit to buy a cup of yoghurt most days on my way home from the gym.
In addition, I would like to start taking my Calcium pills daily.
