I’m not a big health freak or anything, but my husband and I want to eat right in a way that goes beyond eating a balance diet. We have bought organic milk a couple of times, but there isn’t any low-fat option for that. We buy it for the kids. We’ve also tried a couple of cereals and vegetables.
I don’t like to pay more for it, but I think it’s worth it to try and change my mindset on this.
I’m also going to try to buy more local produce, which while it may not be strictly organic is a worthwhile effort. I won’t talk about it further here unless I know it is organic.
