start up the training company

I have the ideas, the support of my coach (she is awesome!) and the people to do it with (they mightn not knwo it yet, but I do)! Now there is only one thing to do, or actually two: write a concept and attract the right people! I am going to do it this week! So people can react next week and we can be on our way in the last week of January. Fingers crossed the people I want say yes!

but I really have to think about HOW to do it and do it properly. I really would love to work in a team of trainers that are able to set up projects toegether, share the burden of insecurity and competition and can strenghten each other but there are same serious preconditions to make this work: 1. People that I want to work with for at least 5 years, so I really need to like, trust and want them around 2. Ability to bring together a starting amount of money to make it legal and each trainer should have a minimum amount of projects in sight to not be gone in the first year already 3. Being in the same country for a sufficient amount of time each year seems handy if not necessary 4, 5, 6, 7, ...
The big question is if you can do business with you friends. I tend to say yes, but I actually do not know for sure, so this is a long term plan… But a good one! Prep will start in 2009!

I am starting today!I want a network of good people and trainers to coach and support beginning trainers and to creat opportunities for each other. If people have the talent they should also get the opportunities to use that talent! And I am going to make that happen, starting today!
