I am very focused right now! 6 months ago

I took me some time to get from vacation into action/working mode but I am there now and it’s a great place to be! Totally worth the effort and determination!

Doing well 11 months ago

I have been pretty focused and action minded this week, so I am really proud of myself! This being said my eat table is still full with piles to input in my getting things done system! I still have to walk that extra mile to get it processed this week! In any case my inactivity period is over and that makes me incredibly happy! As the fact that I am now going to watch Men in Trees without feeling guilty. I have deserved this!



It did not work out two weeks ago 14 months ago

because I had a bad case of sinusitis but it is going to work NOW! Within the coming four days I am going to really work hard and plant a lot of seeds for my future! Let’s go!



Doing it again! 14 months ago

But only tempoarily for the coming five days (counting today) to get things that need to be done really moving. So no more sleeping in or hanging around doing nothing till at least these goals of my life list are done:
- renew my passport: application needs to be done on Monday if I want to go to Jordan
- develop the training concepts of T4T and conflict handling cycle
- celebrate international day of peace by going full steam ahead with Youth network for Peace
- organise my office to a degree I am comfortable with for now and a plan for later

That’s good enough for now. More will be added later!



My focus list is still not done 16 months ago

but hopefully it will be by tonight (if I have energy for a last sprint) or otherwise tomorrow and then I consider myself fully refocused and ready to go! In any case I enjoyed the last week of working hard and getting things done, so I will continue this pace for the next week and hope to see things happening out of it soon…



Hard day ahead 16 months ago

I feel like crap because I slept far to little all week (I was up till 4 or 5 am almost very evening this week) and my house looks like a paper bomb exploded in it. This mess was ok last night to get things moving fast but now it’s annoying. So first I need to wake up properly and then get in there… I would love to take today off but I cannot because I have to give workshops tomorrow and I still need to prepare them. But hey, that is the downside of being a businesswoman with crappy organisation and timing! So less complaining, more working! Perseverance and organisation will get me there!



My later today list 16 months ago

turns out to be a later this week list! So I worked hard today (I am so happy with that!) but I still have a long way to go! But this happens when you are unable to focus for several weeks! My own fault, so I will have to pay the price and catch up… But I like the ‘I am focused’ mood very much so no complaints! This is a great goal!



I will mark this down 16 months ago

when I have completeld my list and have a clear action plan for all my ideas with deadlines and check lists in my folder and on the wall! So hopefully I will be fully focused very soon!



To do later today 16 months ago

- go to the bank to get stamp for funding application and make a nice file of it and a copy for me – done
- register at Open University – done
- deal with bills and invoices – it took for ever, but it is DONE
- develop website – still have to write text but setting up is done
- deal with left over paper mail – DONE
- read at least 100 mails – more then DONE
- make a plan for the coming weeks with ideas and clear deadlines
- make checklists and a visual overview fo things still to do – half way there

Do not forget:
- prep of Euromed training
- training cycle for AEGEE
- Kleur Bekennen

Things that need to be done this week:
- website
- material development for Tool fair and Kleur Bekennen
