Apparently if you work out with fast and loud music it increases your heartrate. So I made a playlist and have been working out 45 mins a day. It’s really motivating



Holidays 6 months ago

At Least an hour a day on the weekdays..
Mostly Cardio at home because it’s too cold to go out
Also dancing will probably be involved
And may go to the gym
Thats the plan =)



I really didn't think i would but.... 13 months ago

I stopped watching T.V and just started with some yoga for about 15 minutes then i did 10ks on the elliptical. I was going to go on the treadmill but someone had unpluggged it and taken away the extention plug but overall 45 minutes today which is 45 minutes more than i thought i would :) and the bonus to this is i’ve lost another kilo thats 6 in total :)

i haven’t worked out since friday…its tuesday :( im thinking of doing some yoga tommorow morning or i wonder if they still have those aerobic shows on in the morning??? naa i’ll do the yoga and maybe some cardio. i guess a good thing is i don’t sweat as much as i used to….



solution to hot days 13 months ago

apparently tomorrows gonna be 30 degrees or something like that and its getting really hot now coming into summer so ive figured morning work outs as soon as i wake up just before the heat strikes.



Slow and Steady 13 months ago

So far ive been doing 10 ks about 3-5 days a week (cardio) and im hoping to step it up a notch every week maybe take it up 5 minutes every week. Is exercise ment to lessen youe appetite or something because i cant eat as much as i used to which is good but is that normal?



Working Out 13 months ago

So far its been going on for about 3 weeks and ive done about 10ks a day at least three days a week, Going for thirty minutes on the treadmill or elliptical strider. I guess considering i procrastinate alot and can be really lazy and unmotivated i’m doing alrite. Im trying to find a way to put it into my routine but not so much that i get bored of it. Also there are times when i spontaniously decide to go for walks around or walk my dogs.. so if i keep this up…



I don't want to jinx it 13 months ago

so for the past two days i stopped being lazy and went on the treadmill for half an hour each day i really dont wanna jinx it so yeah im trying to keep it up



And so it begins... 14 months ago

My dad has turned my sunroom into a gym.. no excuse now. but thats great at least ill be motivated. I got even more motivated when i did the thousand steps ( basically 2 km hike to the steps then 1000 steps altogether you do about 6km in feertree gully)i wanna be able to run it one day…



Getting back into it after a while 16 months ago

Straight after school today i got changed into my trackies, did 5 minutes of stretching took out the treadmill and did 2 km’s of fast paced walking then after did 20 sit-ups and 10 squats… I couldn’t belive how much i struggled to do some of that it’s been so long and i forgot that feeling you get when you feel your muscles working… good feeling though but yes i’m going to do this more often and finally i have made time for it and stopped putting it off.
