Thursday: 60 min fast walk.
Friday: 60 min fast walk.
Saturday: work 14 h, no Exercise.
Sunday: 75 min fast walk.
Monday: 80 min fast walk.
Tuesday:125 min fast walk.

That´s about it! =P

Ok, my English isn’t the best, actually it’s worthless, and I don’t really understand if or what I should write here. But I give it a try.

Lose 14 pounds, is that 7 kg? That’s what I want to lose. =P
