Chi, chi, chi, chia!

Okay, so those seeds I planted way back and the little seedlings that sprouted…THEY’RE ALL DEAD. Apparently, I suck at this. I don’t have a green thumb. Okay, so I saw a commercial for a chia-garden. The Chia concept is the same, but instead of some plant, it’s herbs. And I’m thinking, that would be good for me. Or I’ll take a trip to OSH one day and buy an herb already grown and try to keep it alive.

They're growing!

I bought plant kits from Target for a buck each. I planted them all (but didn’t use up all the seeds). There are 6: parsley, thyme, cilantro, tomato, oregano, and basil. The tomato and basil already have seedlings. Yay! The thyme did too, but I think my brother overwatered it…I saw the seedlings covered up in the wet soil…sad. I planted them a little late, I think, but it’s okay. I wish they all grow though. I love herbs. Oh, and I planted them in pots. If they grow too big, I’ll replant. Especially the tomatoes. Then we don’t have to keep buying them. Hehe.
