Week 10 Completed

By doing an easy session on Friday and a relaxing one on Saturday, I completed my yoga week.

I have now been doing yoga 5 times a week for 8 weeks (the first week the performance was so so and week 8 was a week of relaxation instead of doing yoga) and I now consider myself practice yoga regularly. Yoga has become a part of my daily life.



Week 10 Day 3

I’ve been doing easy and medium sessions for over two months, and I’ve started to feel that I want to try something more advanced. So today I did an advanced 50 mins session. It contained most of my favourites poses and also some more challenging ones. It was a good session, the only negative about it was that it felt a bit long.



Week 10 Day 2

After the easy and relaxed session yesterday I decided to do a “regular” session today.



Week 10 Started

After being all exhausted yesterday, I started the yoga week today with an easy and relaxing session.



Week 9 Completed

Due to internet problems I ended my yoga week by doing half a session with guidance and half on my own. It went okay, but I was really unfocused today. I have a lot going on and it disturbed my performance, especially the balance poses.



Week 9 Day 4

When I woke up today I felt a bit stiff, so I decided to do an easy and relaxing session today. Those are really good, because I get a bit softer and it makes me focus more on my breathing.



Week 9 Day 3

Today I retried an easy session for beginners, that I remember not liking last time. This time I did like it. It was a challenging session, with a lot of stretching (which I really like) and a lot of new things. Even if the session was for beginners it was a challenging session for me. It’s a really good complement to my other sessions.



Week 9 Day 2

Today I did a session specially suited for the morning. Good easy session.



Week 9 Started

After one week with no yoga it felt good doing yoga again. Even if it was just 1½ week since I did yoga I noticed that I’m stiffer and my balance is not as good as before.



Week 8

I’ve decided to not do yoga this week. Instead I’m gonna sleep an extra hour or get an earlier start of the day.
