not doing well with this goal, i might of gained 15 lbs.

so i slacked off…. i know i know horrible. But today, i went to the gym, and im feeling good. Tomorrow I have an appt with my trainer :/. Im going to try to do my booty ballet at least 2x a week along with walking with my bff.
i started a 72 hr fast to just cleanse my mindn & body…. When i get off, i’m eating strictly healthy things. If i crave sweets, i will just eat an apple or something.
I’m being such a slacker, i have no energy and really do not feel like going to the gym. I’m thinking about a detox.
second week of food shopping. I went to wegmans and purchased chili, organic yogurt, cranberry juice, organic chicken breast. etc etc etc.
I went food shopping at Wegmans, and I spent a whooping $200.00. It’s crazy, I’m only feeding a three people (parents and me!) My gawd, I can only imagine if I had a family of ten. I purchased a whole bunch of organic stuff. Feeling ok…. I need to take myself back to the gym
i slacked off a little… lol :P Started a “biggest loser” contest @ work. To help me get back on track winner wins a $50 giftcard to a cosmetics store.
Already have a membership to gym. Signed up with Personal Trainer. I should be in a bikini by summertime!
