Well, I am doing well on this goal. I have been cutting calories and exercising. According to the scale at they gym I have lost 7 pounds. I haven’t noticed it but if I keep it up, I am sure it will be showing soon. I moved to a new hall with a much better cafeteria so I am trying to be healthy but everything is so tempting. Stick to it Annie! I want to lose 30 pounds by March. Keep your fingers crossed.
