My boss came around the other day and asked us all what we were thinking about for future school planning. I told him I was thinking about starting an MBA program in the spring.

I’m trying to figure out exactly how I want to approach grad school. There are a lot of options: MBA, JD and MFA seem to be my primary options. I’m thinking about the value of the combined MBA/JD. I’ve really dedicated myself to studying for the LSAT, where I’ve had the most encouragement from my lawyer friends. I almost see such an intesive program as giving up on my desire to become more serious about my writing.
