I bought pants on Saturday. They were nice and snug and actually stayed up (unlike all my other pants).
Today I put them on and they were loose. Win! But lose, because now my other pants REALLY fall off me.

I’ve been working out pretty regularly. Alternating upper and lower body workouts and always following with at least 30 minutes of cardio. I can definitely tell the difference with my recovery time and I feel a lot better, too!
I think I did pretty well. Upper body and core workout followed by 30 minutes of cardio!
... because at the gym, I run an 11-minute mile without really trying that hard.
Woo! Now if only I can keep this up over the summer…
Got annoyed with today. Tried drinking alcohol, decided it tasted bad before 9pm, and went to the gym instead.
...?! Maybe I’m just really weird.
Been going to the gym consistently, dragging my roommates along, and also doing kendo again. I feel like I have a good handle on achieving this goal now.
Been going to the gym pretty regularly, and doing strength training as well. I feel better about myself, if nothing else. It’s a good way to release stress, too!
Morgan and I are going to the gym tomorrow. Hopefully it won’t be ridiculously crowded.
Trying to find a good time for some of my roommates and me to go to the gym together. I’m hoping it’ll help us motivate each other!
