I live a couple of miles from my work so I walk there. When I lived in a big city, walking was never a problem since that was the way to get around. This is my main source of exercise, so I’m trying to do it every day for at least 30 minutes. When I walk to and from work I get an hour and a half of walking in, which is great.
My goal is to walk 2 hours per day. I need to find a walk that will give me that on the days that I don’t work.

Did 2 hours of hoeing in the soon-to-be rose beds. I think that counts as exercise.

Walked back from work in the hills – so an hour and a half of walking today all told, with some aerobic component. Too bad I just ate all those Valentine’s chocolates..

I’m not tawkin’ running miles each day or going to a gym – just getting at least 30 minutes of concerted physical movement in each day. If I walk to work that’s an hour and a half of walking each day. If I do 30 minutes of yoga in the morning – that counts. If I do serious yardwork like amending soil and such – that counts. If I ride that wretched, neglected exercise bike – that counts. I don’t know why I feel silly writing it down. It needs to be written down each day.
