I had held off on this goal because I was only able to do 40 in a set. I just read some older entries, though, and it looks like multiple sets is a typical way to start out.

Did two sets of 50 yesterday and today.

I started doing sit-ups and a few push-ups a few times a week back around January. Contra davidd’s experience, I’ve gotten noticeable results. I definitely feel stronger, my stomach has lost most of its sag, my posture is better, and I’m down about 15 lbs.
