Cure my Sinusitus/ Migraines/PVC

Alot has happened in the last few months, and I’m just trying to deal without being neurotic about it, but it’s pretty tough. It’s hard to talk to family and friends about it sometimes. I don’t want to be anyone’s downer so, I called a Help line the other day. The girl I spoke to was cool, but she was a stranger still…I don’t know. Hopefully this will pass soon.

I don’t know if it’s related to my headaches and/or the medication I’m taking, but the contractions come a few times a day. My heart has actually slowed down about two times in the last few weeks, to the point where it shocked me awake. I jumped out of the bed trying to get my breath—which is a horrifyinf experience. Haven’t really mentioned this to my family or friends. Don’t want them to worry too much. Hopefully when I get all these tests completed the doctors will be able to tell me what’s happening to my body, so we can fix it.

Want to get drunk tonight, But I’m on so many different types of pain killers, If I did I’d probably accidentally wind up in the emergency room if the headaches didn’t get me first.

I’m flushing out my sinuses with a saline water combination daily, and it helps a bit. Oddly enough exercise helps too. Also, trying hot towels on the sinus areas, and menthol-eucalyptus dressings to open up the pores at night. I put a little peppermint oil in hot water to add some humidity to my bed room at night and open up the sinuses. I got some cold and flu spray from Kiss my Face-and I’ve been inhaling that off and on to drain the stuff. Nothing seems to kick it for long though. I’ve started Flonase again (I don’t think they make Nasalcort anymore), and have been taking it religiously for the past week. It’s a sample bottle. But I did just devlop a slight cold from using it probably, so I hope my sinus condition doesn’t worsen. My Doctor also perscribed Nasonex, when I run out of the Flonase sample, I might go get that one. Can’t get off pain killers - I’m taking decogestants, acetamenophen combos. Sometimes ibuprofen. I was taking mucinex-but the one without the decogestant. That didn’t help much so I think I’m going to try mucinex-D next time. It’s weird-Doing some research on the net, I think I might have parasinusitus (all sinuses are blocked). I guess I really need to get that head x-ray and see a specialist. My internalist is great, but she can’t cure me. Trying to schedule that sometime by the close of the month.

This stuff is such a pest! I feel the pressure moving around in there most days.

It hasn’t gone away, but I’m getting tests done, and some of the edge has come off since I took the antibiotic, which makes me think there may have been a little underlying sinus issue there too. I appear to be less reliant on the Codine than I was before. I think I’m going to try the health grocery store—maybe they have a few holisitc products I can try for pain and stress relief.

I’m on painkillers. Have had this migraine for about two weeks now, and while it has gotten a little better, the pain is still incredibly strong. Got a CT scan—no brain trauma or tumors. Doctor thinks I might try a MRI. Maybe it trigeminal neuralgia if it’s not migraine. I hope it’s nothing worse though Neuralgia is a bad deal too. Get really scared sometimes. :(

It’s day two of a monsterous headache. My whole head is aching on one side. It’s a mix of burning and stabbling pain. It’s insane. I went to the doctor, but I went to a clinic where X-Rays are taken by appointment. So I have to wait to see what’s really going on up there. No medication either. I’m taking Breathe Right to loosen up by passages, Advil cold & sinus and I have some old Nasalcort spray —I’m working with that until I can get something definite. I’m probably going to try steam too as a temporary fix.

I’m finally ready to do what I have to do to get rid of this thing. :P
