trying to get back to my routine. Ugh!!!! This is precisely why I don’t give myself the breaks that I should. I know how nearly impossible it’s going to be to get back. Well, at least, I’m still eating healthy.
over the 3 day holiday and now I’m having a hard time getting back to the program. Ugh! I hate when this happens. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be able to “get back on the horse”.
have gotten easy to do with my circuit DVD. So I’m going to go up to my 6lb weights. I still can’t believe this but I’m still struggling to get through the lunges with the weights. I’ve tried them without the weights and I have the same problem. My thighs get very tired to the point that I can hardly stand. I’m able to do about half of each rep. I don’t get this. What am I doing wrong?

on an empty stomach because I’ve heard it was better to do it that way. However, today I was feeling so light headed I couldn’t get through my work out. I was also feeling weak. The good news is I managed to get some exercise done. From now on I’ll eat something small an hour before I exercise. Maybe the empty stomach is why I’m still having trouble getting through my circuit dvd. Duh! I wonder about myself sometimes.
answer my question. My question is, is it really necessary to rest a day between circuit training with lifting weights? I would not mind doing it everyday. I enjoy it more than cardio and it burns calories for far longer than cardio. I’m really hoping someone will answer my question. Thanks in advance.
an extremely busy day but I did my best to keep moving and keep active. Hopefully, there was some benefit. At least, I wasn’t sitting on the couch. Back on schedule tomorrow.
I was struggling through the lunges in my circuit training and then it dawned on me. Try doing them without the weights. Duh! Sometimes I can be so slow. Anyway, still working hard. I really look forward to my work outs but it’s still nice to have one day of rest. I was thinking of upping it to 7 days a week but on that particular day it would be hard to squeeze in exercise.
