couple days. I’m a member of three hair forums and have learned so much. It’s really a shame how many untruths and misconceptions there are and have surrounded black hair care. Not the mention the worthless hair products on the market. I’m still rolling my eyes over the last one I heard. Someone told a friend of mine that it was harder to wash Black hair than it is to wash Caucasian hair. Where do they come up with these things?
Anyway, I’ve decided instead of spending tons of money for worthless products drowning in mysterious ingredients where one word has 15 letters, I’m going to make my own. And it doesn’t have to be time consuming either. Eggs make a great protein treatment. Mayonnaise makes for a great conditioner. Garlic stops hair loss and strengthens the hair. Avocado makes a great conditioner. Essentials oils are absolutely priceless. There’s so much more.
Also, with using natural products there’s no concern over whose hair type it’s for. It’s just based on the condition of the hair. I figure I’m going to buy things like eggs and mayo and garlic anyway.
