i have to take advice given and meditate in the morning…the only problem is that mornings are the busiest and worst part of my day. my only free time is the evening, once the babe’s asleep. but when i try and meditate , i fall asleep as well. so i’ll have to do some problem solving.

I meditated while working out today. It really dulled the pain. I hope I’m always able to accomplish this. Ok, I’d even settle for mostly or sometimes. It was amazing.

I took a Health Psychology course in college which resulted in me meditating daily. I was more calm and in tune with myself back then. In the rush of day to day life, I’ve gotten away from that, and I’d like to begin again. The difficult part for me is finding quiet time during my day.
