Great progress..

It has been a month exactly since I started sleeping 8 hours at night.. and every time I have some sort of lack in sleeping hours, I write it down and I sleep it on another occasion so my tally keeps on being one zero.. During the weekend, if I sleep extra hours, I wouldn’t count them because Sunday I reset.. And I consider that these hours will make up with time for all my lost sleeping hours.. Cheers..

Disaster..

I’m really not good at this sleeping thing or my life is just too crazy.. The past month was simply sleep deprivation to the most.. But Meditation and training my brain made me able to work and stay energised.. On top of it, I started working out again, feels amazing.. :)

Relief..

I can’t say I’m sleeping more hours, but getting to the job at 10 am instead of 9 am even if it meant staying till 8 pm or so helped me.. My energy never started before 10 am..

Still.

I’m still very sleep deprived..

I'm falling apart, therefore this is crucial

Ever since I was a child I used to stay up late, but that was okay because I had the energy to do it. Then came my hell major in university. We had a long schedule of courses, from 8 am till 7 pm then had to go home overnight to work on projects. I would stay awake every 42 to 72 hours; and every now and then would sleep for 2, 3 or max 4 hours. After 5 non sleeping years in University and Working I thought I’m going to get some sleep. My job is a long shift. I work from 9 am until 8 pm and sometimes more. After that I have so many other chores, that i barely sleep 4-5 hours a day. I need not only to get 7 hours of sleep at least daily. I need to recuperate all the lost hours, I feel I can sleep for the rest of my life. Biologically, it feels as if I’m older in 15 years.
