I’ve been going to the gym almost everyday for a month now. I’ve altered my diet, too. I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast, regular rice/viand lunch and if I can, almost no dinner. I try to drink multivitamins regularly and drink green tea before bedtime.
I stopped the compulsion to check my weight everyday. Actually, I broke the scale not because of my weight but I stepped on the edge and it banged hard on the floor so there. But I did notice that my jeans are so much looser these days. And people are starting to tell me that I look slimmer.
One of these days, I’ll buy a weighting scale to really know how much weight I’ve lost. But right now, I’m feeling grand because I’m on track with this.
The most difficult part is trying not to eat too much.

I’ve lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I enrolled in a nearby gym and have been going thrice a week. I’ve drastically cut down on rice and other carbo-high food, started taking a lot of fluids and vitamins.
I hope to have a regular daily gym schedule and learn to eat regularly in small helpings because my earlier starvation strategy made me cranky.
Wish me luck! And good luck to you, too.

I enrolled in a gym 2 weeks ago and have been going 3 times a week with my brother.
Have started cutting off rice and meat. EAting more veggies, fruits and adding more fiber to the diet. Tried to have dinner before 7. Started drinking more green tea and pineapple juice. Starting drinking multivitamins.
I now sweat easier, which I think indicates a faster metabolic rate. And I have lost around 4 kilos wohoo!
