get rid of unnecessary possessions

My first lot of my childhood Lego sold on Ebay for $150! That’s nearly a 15L box that has gone!

Powering through my stuff at the moment. Can’t wait to list the last lot of Lego and get rid of it all.

Clutter free in ‘10!

I had 2×15L tubs of Lord of the Rings figures that are all gone with thanks to Ebay. I have another tub full of Lego that has been listed on Ebay and will be gone next week. 3 massive tubs GONE!

I used up Xmas cards and paper that I had accumulated in boxes for this year’s Xmas. I used stamps that were sitting around the house to send parcels. Now my stationary box (once filled with unsent/unused items) is beginning to empty.

I am finally seeing the fruits of my labour as I am noticing that I have much less clutter than I use to have and there is spare spaces in the house.

I listed 2 boxes of Lord of the Rings figures and sold them all in less than 7 days for $300! Was heaps happy with that. More money to my savings and less clutter!!

I sold $270 worth of ‘stuff’ on Ebay. Cant wait to get it posted off!

I can’t believe how much junk I have collected! I just cleared out another 2 bags of unwanted bric-a-brac. I threw away another bag full of crap in the bin too.

The scary thing is that I still have at least 8 more boxes in storage. This is good considering I originally had 60 boxes sent to me but still about 6 too many.

Another 6 bags of bric-a-brac went to my local op-shop today. This is good! My huge pile is getting smaller :D I now have to get rid of 2 tvs and a vcr.

I donated two bags of books to my local library today. So good to get rid of some books I have had for nearly 3 years and either never read or never intended to read.

This feels SO good! :)

I took my 10yr old computer to the recycling centre yesterday. OMG! What a relief to get rid of it!

I went through my clothes and bric-a-brac and filled 6 bags with unwanted junk. I am going to donate them to a charity centre next week. I have two bags of books which I am going to give to my local library.

I went through the pile of stuff sitting in my loungeroom – urgh!

Decided to clear off all my books and DVDs that I dont want to charity – some have been hanging around for ages! Sending a whole heap of picture frames and a cd case to donations and some more bric-a-brac. I am going to try and off-load two tvs and a vcr to our local cash-converters too. I still need to remove the harddrive from my old comp and give that to the recycle place as well.

8 more boxes unpack/gone. YAY! The storage space is becoming more empty. YAY!
