Attempted 40 this morning. Struggled, but completed it.

Here’s to a week of doing 40! (the most this jelly-belly has ever done in his life!)

I completed doing 30 situps a day last week. Struggling a little so I decided to do another week of 30 and then 40 next week. :)

I am completely shocked at how easy it is to do 20 for me now. YAY! :)

I have done 20 a day this week. Next week I will try for 30 a day.

A Start

I have no strength, suppleness or stamina according to a introduction to personal fitness. Urgh.

My aim is to do 20 sit-ups a day for 1 week. Then move onto 30 for the next week and then to 50 – just to start off with.
