1/4/2012

1) Drink coffee once only.

2) Go to the gym for 5 days.

3) Talk to Personal Trainer.

4) Clean all 3 bookcases.

5) Only use the computer for 30min in the morning.

6) Stretch every morning.

7) Spend less than $5 on lunch.

8) Enjoy one nice meal.

9) Talk to 3 friends.

10) Give away 10 things.



Check in for 27/06/2011.

1) Spend 1hr a day on the computer in total

- spent a bit more than an hour but realistically close. Turned my laptop off altogether at nighttime after dinner. Wierd but good feeling.

2) Spend 45mins at the gym at least 3 times a week.

- I went to the gym two nights but went to a EOFY party and danced for 2hrs so I consider this done. :)

3) No eating out except for Saturday night.

- I actually avoided this altogether!

4) Eat only vegetables or fruit

- I stuck to this for most of the week. I only deviated on the weekend to use up some leftovers. I went to the movies and I had an ice cream but that was my week’s treat.

5) Drink water or green tea only all week.

- I avoided coffee. Had a couple of pots of black tea but I am ok with that. I had some wine too.

6) Complete 30 sit-ups in the morning and 30min stretching.

- Done!

7) Pack my own lunch

- Done!

8) Go to bed by 10.30pm each night.

- Done (except for the weekend).

9) Clean all my magazines.

- Fail.

10) List 15 things on Ebay.

- Fail.

11) Send 10 cards to friends.

- Fail.

12) Update all my contact’s details.

- Fail.

This week I intend to achieve:

1) Spend 1hr a day on the computer in total.
2) Spend 45mins at the gym at least 3 times a week.
3) No eating out except for Saturday night.
4) Eat only vegetables or fruit
5) Drink water or green tea only all week.
6) Complete 30 sit-ups in the morning and 30min stretching.
7) Pack my own lunch
8) Go to bed by 10.30pm each night.
9) Clean all my magazines.
10) List 15 things on Ebay.
11) Send 10 cards to friends.
12) Update all my contact’s details.

I will write a journal entry for each of the above on my results.



Week 1 - 10 Changes

I have lost focus on many things. A visit from Sam today gave me a boost in getting re-motivated.

In the next week I intend to achieve:

1) Spend no more than 45mins a day on the computer.
2) Spend 45mins at the gym 5 times a week.
3) No eating out except Saturday or Sunday as a treat.
4) Eat only healthy food – no coffee.
5) Spend 2 hours studying per night.
6) Complete 30 sit-ups in the morning and 30min stretching.
7) Pack my own lunch
8) Drink only water.
9) Go to bed by 10.30pm each night.
10) Write a journal entry for each of the above on my results.
