Need to get better at dealing with the thoughtlessness and self centred attitude of some people around me, nd just get over it while not feeling so hurt by it.

Is that whenever I have to go to gatherings that involve more than five or so people in a social occasion (birthday’s, parties etc), I tend to get very anxious before, during , and after the event, and then head towards downer within a few days.
I enjoy these occasions as much as possible, but also tend to be very quiet at the best of times, which is sometimes very intimidating for me. Hopefully if I keep working at this it’ll eventually get better for me.
of struggling with a downer, things are getting better once again, which as always is a great relief.
Working hard at keeping myself busy with little goals definitely helps reduce the severity and length of the down periods. Still exhausting, but I can see an end to each episode gradually getting closer.
Have decided over the last few days that it’s time for me to create a lot more “my” time. I’m not sure how I’m going to manage it, but I will somehow. :-)
Not the best of days today. Have been a bit teary and very tired and frustrated. Managed to keep busy for most of the day, and took my little one out to visit family so that we had other contact for the day.
A pretty good day over all, just very down at the moment. Have already made plans for tomorrow so that I can be as productive as possible. Can’t let myself sink too far.

I’m just trying very hard to keep focused and active. having been given an eviction notice recently has added a lot of stress at the moment, with huge unknown’s as well.
So I’m just trying to get as much rest as possible, and focus on sorting things out that little bit more so that when we do move again there’ll hopefully be a bit less packing to do. :-)
Due to my last listing of it somehow ending up on my completed list a month ago. I obviously was very tired and not noticing what I was doing and must’ve clicked the ‘I’m done’ button.
As I want to have this goal up at the moment to remind me that it’s a goal in progress, I’ve decided to put it back up here.
