get out of debt

It has been a REALLY long time since I h ave looked at this, or paid off any of my old bills.
This was my list last time I was here:
1. $456.8o for SBC
2. $112.oo for Kayla
3. $2oo.oo to Megan
4. $1817.36 for my car
5. $1569.66 for medical bills

This is my list as of now:
1. $112.oo for Kayla
2. $1817.36 for my OLD car
3. $1569.66 for medical bills
4. $28oo.oo for Jeep
5. $16o.oo (with lump payment option of $110) to RMJ

So, my debt has went up, not down like I had been wishing it would. I am making this my #1 goal for now, and hope to have at least $15oo.oo worth of this paid off within the nest 6 months. I guess this means NO MORE Starbucks!

well, i just found out today that i am getting moved to a new department and now i don’t think i will be getting laid off this winter. i am so friggin excited because not only will i be working, i will be getting lots of over time too. paying off my bills, and getting my own place should be a snap now. :)

i called today and found out that i owe $455.05 [not the $480.88 i though i did] and i PAID IT OFF! i also paid off my old cable bill today! i am making progress!

i really think i am going to be able to pay iff my PG&E billthis week, which will be a HUGE accomplishment! i really hope i get to. :)

if i save up some money instead of using it to pay these bills i might be able to get a car, which would be much better in the long run…

The plan is to pay numbers 1-4 in lump sums in numerical order and to make payments on 5-7.

1 on Oct. 13th
2 & 3 on Nov. 9th

5 $5o.oo/ month starting Oct. 26th [Nov. 9th, other dates tbd]
6 $5o.oo/ month
7 ???

Bill #1 ($60.00 to my roommate) PAID IN FULL

Also, I have a money order for $50.00 to send in for my car. Not much but atleast it is something. :)

so it i am adding correctly my total debt right this second is:
$3400.86 it feels like a lot but compaired to other people my age it really isn’t that bad. I am going to make a payment schedule for my car payments and send it in to the collection agency and auctually stick to it this time.

by this time next year i would really like to have my own place. i keep picturing it in my head and it makes me giddy. in order to be able to affor having my own place again i have to pay off all of my bills [except my old car, i just need to have that in good standing]. i am going to rummage through all of my bills and make a list of everything i owe so i can get more focused and get this out of the way once and for all.
