the people I need to forgive

The people I need to forgive could care less whether I forgive them or not. Truthfully, they probably don’t think they need to be forgiven and think I should be the one who instead of accepting the forgivness, be asking for it. While I don’t think I will do that for these people part of learning to forgive is also learning to forgive myself and my role in the situation. I am therefore apologizing to myself. Forgiving these people and myself would feel more then good. I just have no idea how to begin doing that.
