Today is my prescribed weigh in day, once a week. I am now down to 285, lost 2 more pounds. Yeah! Of course, at this weight sneezing can tip the scale +-5 pounds. On the other hand considering that the loss is steadily moving down 2-3 pounds a week I think I am doing ok.

I started eating less and doing casual exercise (walking, light jogging, etc.) about 4 weeks ago. I have already lost 10 pounds, 297 to 287. I eat sushi for lunch everyday in place of the high fat alternatives that I used to eat.
