It is so easy to carry on with your life if you are ill! But posture works the same way. My joints are not functioning due to my neglect so at the moment I am trying to cope, with ordinary life on crutches. It is hard! I will not give up. I have not seen my family in months but when I do the physio that I have will probably make me look bulky and taller! I am lacking energy but I would like to encourage everyone to do yoga or pilates and make sure, when you have a sprain or torn ligament. Rest…Physical strength ruins, mental strength!

Okay! I have been trying my hardest to improve my posture. I feel it’s too late I am going to need to see a specialist. My foot has bugged me and I have been walking on it wrong and now my back has been affected! Ouch! I am only 25 years old I have not had babies. My main problem is my feet I have no arch, flat feet.
I think that if I was not so rebellious I would not have to be so unstable now. If I do have an operation again, my walking and posture is going to be number one!
I thought about it Pub, bars and resturant owners obviously have not heard their mothers nag them about sitting up straight! I have remembered my mother training me as a child to sit up! How can you do that on a sofa?
The old wives tales are here to protect us and make sure that we live longer! I want to keep this along with wrapping up warm on a winter’s day!
I hate not being able to sit properly, in public! I think this lazy couch thing should be banned! How can you help your back?
Women suffer from oesteoperosis and they wonder why! Ban sofas in public places and help people.
It’s also not nice to slouch and it looks like we are just at home. Everyone seems to go out and not make an effort anymore because the nice lounge couch is in the bars, pubs and clubs and resturants! Why?
