I seem to be getting back on form with a 91 mile week. Clocked up about 27 miles last night just popping out to see a friend. But he just happened to be at the diagonal opposite of town. Sydenham to Swiss Cottage and back. Didn’t eat either so I feel a bit wiped out.

Two weeks with only 40 miles and then one with 80 miles. But none over a hundred. Still I keep on pedalling.
If I had gone on my ride down into Kent I would have done it. So why didn’t I go? I had the chance and the weather was nice. But some website work came in so I got on with that. Fair cop.
I’m back on form this week with 111 miles on the clock. So I’m happy with that. Didn’t go on any rides that was just general commuting.
On track. After an 85mile average over the month of May I cracked the 100 last week with a total of 112. But it’s not about the peaks it’s about bringing up my average. Still, the peaks are a great boost to ones confidence.
My typical commuting milage is around 80 miles per week. I want to take it over the hundred mark but that means putting in an extra 20 miles. How am I going to do this every week?
