I got side tracked and haven’t been stretching. My schedule has gotten significantly less busy now that the freak show is over, so I will be in less of a rush to get through my daily tasks and stretching can once again be a priority. I’m going to try to make Contortion Goal Number 1 for Saturday, November 10.

For my first contortion goal, I just want to be able to see progress. I figure if I stretch everyday for 15 minutes, I should be able to see some better flexibility by November 3rd. I’m hoping I’ll be able to do splits and some other very basic things… but if I’m just more flexible in general, then that will be enough.
