this was the first dish of the evening, an appetizer-of-sorts. what a meaty dish! texture was the issue, and it was extremely rich, but the rabbit and truffles saved those who were fearful of textures. overwhelmingly, disturbingly, good.

delectable. unbelievably tender rabbit meat. the fourth rabbit dish of the evening. paired with one of the pepper options—mild: a mix of sweet reds and mild spicy peppers, hot: jalapeno peppers, and killer: “heart-stopping habaneros”, it was flawless. with a side of rainbow chard (which is by far the most beautiful of all vegetables, as well as the dish i helped prepare for this meal), and fine italian breads, this was a flawless sandwich.



white sauce gnocchi with rabbit 2 years ago

the third dish in the rabbit dinner. this was my favourite. you could not imagine the delicate texture of this gnocchi without having it in your mouth. these pillows of pasta melted on my tongue. the sauce was light, and perfectly complimented by tender rabbit. perfectly.

this was the absolute greatest thing that has ever entered my mouth. save.. well.. it was close.

this was fantastic. every moment. every chew of this tiny amuse bouche. “these should be mass produced and made available every where you would want to go”.. i agree.

you will never taste anything as delectable as this. enjoy with red wine. savor every taste.

this, was fantastic. an amuse bouche-of-sorts, at a malvern party. this, along with a delightful red wine could throw some into elation.

i can not express to you the delight i took in this bowl of soup. so much, in fact, that it was difficult to share it. the soup is simple—a clear broth, beef, and thin rice noodles. i enjoyed this just outside of philadelphia, in paoli, pa. on the side came been sprouts, jalapeno peppers, and fresh basil. i took the first cup with these three. i then noticed the condiments.. sweet black bean paste, spicy red-pepper sauce, jalapeno sauce, and a kick-in-the-mouth spice sauce. i combined the black bean and super-hot sauce, and it made for a completely different cup of soup. try this.
