buy a hybrid car

I just finished watching ‘Who Killed the Electric Car?’ and I am now extremely disgusted by the government, oil companies and car companies (as if I weren’t enough already). I wish I could own an EV1, but it sounds as if they’ve been laid to rest. The documentary also stated that American hybrid cars have a less average MPG than the Japanese ones. Good to keep that in mind. I feel horrible and guilty for driving my Toyota Avalon, but the best I can do right now is walk to work, take the bus to school, and essentially do my part. One day I’ll have enough to buy a Hybrid…
