I am going running/walking 3 years ago

at least five times a week. Starting today. I am still trying to find out a good way to start out running, because i get so tired so quickly, so i am just walking. Besides, i can walk for an hour versus a twenty minute run. Isnt it all in how long you keep your heart rate up?
