I went to a new gym today, which is way better than the one I normally go to, and my abs are loving me right now!

I was doing pretty good, I was going to the gym three times a week. The last couple of weeks of school have been killer though and I’ve only made it on Mondays, but at least I got there this morning.

Back to the gym I went this morning!!!!

Well Monday, I made it to the gym, but this morning I over slept and didn’t have time to go before school, now I’m pissed off at myself for not going.

I went to the gym again this morning…how many times do you have to do something before it is considered a habit????

I was up at the butt crack of dawn and at the gym this morning!!! (well not really that early but I did go to the gym)

I was at the gym early this morning with all the old people, who by the way are in better shape than me and could kick my butt in a marathon.

Monday I walked three miles with my son and Friday I worked out. I did cardio, glutts, and abs. I did sit-ups today and hopefully I’ll make it to the gym tomorrow.

I’m still trying to workout, but I hate going to the gym. I feel like everyone is always watching you. I just keep telling myself my butt and my belly need this…

My goal was not to loose weight, since I only weighed 118 lbs to begin with; however, since I’ve been working out I’ve lost 4 lbs. At least that shows that I have actually been active the last few weeks… Now if I can just start building some muscle up so I don’t keep dropping pounds and look sick…
