Be a better vegetarian

I’ve been a vegetarian for nearly five years and I didn’t “cheat” at all for my first four. The semester I spent living in London and traveling around Europe was my downfall. I never ate meat while I was in London but I did indulge when I was traveling around. Now that I’m back in the States, I’ll usually splurge on some type of fast food burger once, maybe twice, a month. I feel horrible about it afterwards (emotionally, not physically) but it’s so good! I just can’t help it!
