incorporating two goals

i did the sunrise salutation this morning, which was invigorating and an excellent way to wake-up (despite the fact that it was definitely not at sunrise). i’ve started incorporating simple yoga stretches into my morning meditation, and basic meditative techniques into my yoga practice. so it seems i am well on my way to accomplishing two goals!



the goal

at one point, i was practicing yoga at least once a day, usually twice. i would love to get back into that habit… but i am going to start slowly and go easy on myself. i would be satisfied initially if i were able to practice yoga two or three times a week, whether at home or in a class.
