And, it is totally worth the standing appointment.

My masseuse is a genius with her fingers … and, I schedule either a 60 or 90 minute session each time.

‘just remember to drink plenty of water afterwards to flush out all of the toxins that the massage removes from the muscles.

DEFINITELY START SCHEDULING A MASSAGE!!
