morning

right! i am aiming to wake up 5am every morning for 6 days a week and go for a run! speeds metabolism and wakes me up with a positive outlook for the rest of the day and hopefully get my body into fat burning mode the whole day. gosh!! i need to stop being a lazy gross slob
