Not stop talking to him 2 years ago

I’m not going to stop talking to my 16-year old even though he’s been unbearable this past week with his attitude. I remember being unbearable when I was a teenager. I thought I wanted my family to leave me alone. Then they did and I felt terrible.

do what I do not what I say 2 years ago

I am aware my kids learn much more from watching what I do than what I tell them. I am going to work on being less snapish with them. I hear them snap at each other and think “well, why wouldn’t they, they sound just like me”. This is one I can definitely work on and make some progress, soon.

They really make me laugh and they have kind hearts. I do wish my 16-year old would get a job though…bless his kind heart… :)
