i just recovered for a horrible stomach bug. i think i actually lost most of the weight just because i couldn’t keep any food down, now the key is losing the rest and keeping it off! i just re-joined my gym and i’m trying to work out there every day i’m not dancing. i’m also doing aerobics tapes and they’re really helping me burn a lot of calories. i’m getting there, i just have to keep working towards it!

i’ve been slacking a little on this one, just as everyone does when the holidays roll around (and this time it was even worse because i was in New Orleans eating delicious, fried southern food for an entire week). but i am a dancer and have upped my hours at the studio to 10 hours a week, and i am actually using the internet to help me achieve this goal- i found a youtube channel that plays entire episodes of “Getting Fit with Denise Austin”. time to break out the neon leotards and legwarmers; gotta love that 80’s aerobics!
i suffered from anorexia for a long time which got my metabolism all out of whack. it’s difficult for me to lose weight because the only way i know how is to not eat at all, or take pills. but i’m really going to try and make an effort to get back down to 120 by this spring.
